Finally she said it

After working for 2 months at the new firm, my mother finally got fed up with the boss’s hot temper (scolding without knowing who was supposed to do the job). *I wonder whether she realise she did it to me too.* She tells him she’s giving him a 24 hours notice (wanna quit job).

Before my mother comes home, she boss ask her to go into his room to have a talk. Assuming his gonna fire her, my mother was surprised how soft he spoke to her. He wants her to stay and work for him, saying that with my mother’s experience working in a big firm like Marubeni Corp. (a Japan listed company) for 25 years can help in improving their working system. Man, their working system really lousy. As an example, if you want to find a file, you need to find through ALL the box files there are in the office. Sometimes, you might not find it after all the trouble you went through. Who wanna work in this kind of office? Anyway, my mother says she will continue, but she will quit if she really can’t stand it anymore.
